Liam McVarnock On Embracing the Suffering to Find What You're Made Of

This past summer after Liam's dream 100 mile race at the Zion national park was cancelled he created his own adventure running 100 miles from Peggy's Cove to Portapique in Nova Scotia in honour of all of the victim's of the mass shooting which recently happened there. In this conversation we get into all the juicy details from the logistics of planning the route, his nutrition, and the highs and lows of the run.
