1:1 Coaching for Endurance Athletes Who Want to Perform

Structured, adaptive coaching designed to help you train consistently and execute on race day.

This is ongoing coaching, not a static plan.

Your training is built around your goals, adjusted based on your response, and supported with regular feedback and guidance.

The focus is simple: consistent training, better decisions, and reliable performance.

Most athletes don’t struggle because they aren’t working hard enough.

They struggle because:

  • their training doesn’t adapt

  • they push volume without structure

  • they go into race day without a clear plan

That’s where coaching makes the difference.

How Coaching Works

Assessment
We start with your goals, training history, and current capacity.

Adaptive Training
Your plan evolves week to week based on how you’re actually responding.

Ongoing Support
You get feedback, adjustments, and guidance — so you’re not guessing what to do next.

What You Get

Working together includes:

- A structured training plan that adapts over time
- Regular review and adjustment of your training
- Guidance on pacing, fueling, and race execution
- Direct communication for questions and decisions

This is not just a plan — it’s ongoing decision-making support.

This isn’t one-size-fits-all coaching.

Decisions are based on how you actually train — not what should work in theory.
The goal isn’t to do more training.
It’s to do the right training, consistently.

This is a good for you if:

  • You’re training for a marathon, ultra, triathlon, or endurance event

  • You’ve struggled with consistency, injury, or plateau

  • You want structure, feedback, and accountability

This is not a good fit you if:

  • You’re looking for a generic plan

  • You don’t want coaching or feedback

  • You’re not ready to train consistently

I work with a limited number of athletes at a time to ensure high-quality coaching, responsiveness, and results.

Athletes I’ve worked with have:
- completed their first endurance events
- improved marathon and ultra performances
- trained consistently without recurring setbacks

Not sure if coaching is right the right fit?

The strategy call is a chance to:
- review your current training
- identify gaps or risks
- see if coaching makes sense

No pressure, just clarity.
