Have you ever listened to or read something that woke something up inside you or changed your mindset? I often experience this when I choose to listen to podcasts, and more often than not, if I am in a funk and can't get out of my way, putting some positivity into my earbuds can shake me out of it.

One of the best things you can do to become better at anything is to surround yourself with positive people who are crushing it at the thing that you want to do. We are so fortunate to live in an era where we have access to such high vibrational conversations on any topic. Searching for running podcasts, I want something informational that can dive deep into training topics, tells inspiring stories of amazing people and gives some insight into how they can do what they do and exposes me to new ideas.

Here are my top 10 favorite podcasts about running. Full disclosure they are not entirely all about running. They branch into general health and wellness and mindset amongst all the running info, but it's all related to making you a whole athlete and a whole person.

The Rich Roll Podcast

This one truly tops the list for me. If there were only one podcast on this list, this would be it. This podcast has been the most influential thing to hit my earbuds over the past five years. He has a knack for really connecting with his guests on a profound level.
